The Rise, Fall, Rebirth of a Dreamer

I started making films when I was a kid and somehow got a lot of what I wanted pretty early. At 13, I went from editing videos in my room during COVID to spending a summer in Dubai with Beautiful Destinations. Then from 14-16, I traveled around the world filming and directing videos. For a while, filmmaking became my entire identity. Then I burned out and spent almost a whole year feeling completely disconnected from the thing I used to love. This film is about that period, leaving for a while, seeing more of the world, rebuilding my life, and eventually finding a reason to create again that felt like my own.
