House of The Dragon

The idea was pretty simple. What if people started spotting dragons in AlUla? For the Middle East launch of House of the Dragon, we spent about a week filming across the Saudi desert in temperatures around 118 degrees. We shot from the ground and the air around places like Hegra and AlUla’s enormous rock formations, then used VFX to make creatures that obviously do not exist feel strangely believable inside a real landscape.
